Our athletes train under experienced coaches with access to high-quality equipment and tailored development plans. These programs emphasise discipline, goal-setting, and teamwork, with opportunities to compete at local and national levels. Entry is by invitation or assessment, and gymnasts are supported every step of the way.

Early Childhood Programs

BK’s Gymnastics early childhood programs are designed to support children from as young as 3 months through to preschool age, offering a playful and structured introduction to movement. These classes are built around developmental milestones and delivered in a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, grow, and thrive. Led by qualified coaches and supported by parent participation, our early childhood stream focuses on building foundational motor skills, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate activities. Each class is themed fortnightly to keep learning fun and engaging, with opportunities for dress-up and imaginative play.

Speciality Programs

Our speciality programs are designed for gymnasts with specific goals, interests, or developmental stages that go beyond our standard recreational offerings. These programs provide targeted coaching and progression pathways in a supportive and inclusive environment.
